The house was remodeled about 10 years ago. Unfortunately, we had damage to the driveway and the house is on a steep hill. These fixtures were rarely used after they were installed as it has 10 bedrooms and was designed as a house for family events, which happened rarely over the last 10 years. Most of the bathroom fixtures and showers are all nearly untouched. I have 2 sets with sinks and 2 more sets without the sink, and with white toilet seats.

The first buyers get the 3 set combo, and the 3 and 4th set are bidet and toilet combo without the sink. Hence the discount for all 4 sets. A second full set is available if desired.
